How To Make A Return:

When Will I Receive My Refund?
We aim to process all returns ASAP but on occasions may take up to 10 days, at which time we will issue a full refund and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment and allow a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
Items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and, wherever possible, sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
Do I Have To Pay For Return Postage?
Unfortunately we are unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are not responsible for returns lost in the post. We also do not refund delivery charges on any orders.
What To Do If My Product Is Faulty?
We are truly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. So we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section and send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I Exchange Instead Of A Refund?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. We can only provide refunds at the moment.
Have You Received My Return?
Please allow up to 14 days for UK returns and 28 days for International returns for your parcel to be returned to Noor Couture. We will send you a confirmation email receipt once your return has been refunded.
